HIVAC50, for packaging in modified atmosphere, born
from ICA’s great experience in this field, this new line combines the
most modern electronics with the well-known, tested and patented
“vacuum” system typical of our bigger mandrel packaging machines.
Excellent bags aesthetics, easy and quick size changeover, several
possibilities of bag top treatment, possibility of fitting the degassing
valve and other optional fittings are the main features of the HIVAC50
Together with its particularly reduced overall dimensions and its very
good packaging output (45 bags per minute for 250 grs. of ground coffee
and 35 bags per minute for 1000 grs. of coffee beans), this machine is
an interesting investment for its very good quality/price/performances
ratio.
Like all ICA’s packaging machines, also on the HIVAC50 it is possible to
install a built-in homologated check-weigher with feed-back to the
filling unit. |

packaging lines may be equipped with: integrated check-weigher, control system with touch screen PC, supervision system, electrical
axes management with servo-driven motors, on-line diagnostics via modem
connection, coding and dating devices, labelling units and clip-closing devices,
bundlers, palletizers and auger fillers, cup-type volumetric fillers or weighing
systems with single or associative heads. The coffee packaging lines may be
prepared for fitting Aroma System degassing valves and for packaging in modified
atmosphere with gas flushing. |
