Aromapack RS20 is a reel-fed modular
packaging machine, which comprises a horizontal bag forming unit and a
rotating filling and closing unit. It makes perfectly squared high
quality bags at an operational speed of 50-55 ppm.
Starting from a film reel, it makes
perfectly stable paket shape or gable top bags, with the option of
marking the edges for enhancing the bag’s presentation.
It packages all kinds of powders
and granular products and it was designed expressly for those fragile
products that need a special care. It is manufactured in three main
models:
Aromapack RS20 Standard for
packaging products like biscuits/cookies, candies, tea, coffee, sugar,
flour, rice, pet food, etc., using all the main types of dosing and
weighing systems and a specific filling unit for handling fragile
products.
Aromapack RS20 Detergents,
designed specifically for packaging detergents, pesticides and the like
and to endure the chemical action of particularly corrosive products.
Aromapack RS20 Paper, a unique
and efficient solution in terms of flexibility. It forms, fills and
closes bags starting from reels made of simple kraft paper or of any
kind of heat-sealing film. The basic concept is simple yet innovative:

All ICA
packaging lines may be equipped with: integrated check-weigher, Siemens PLC
control system with touch screen display or PC, supervision system, electrical
axes management with servo-driven motors, on-line diagnostics via modem
connection, coding and dating devices, labelling units and clip-closing devices,
bundlers, palletizers and auger fillers, cup-type volumetric fillers or weighing
systems with single or associative heads. The coffee packaging lines may be
prepared for fitting Aroma System degassing valves and for packaging in modified
atmosphere with gas flushing. |
