Vacuumpack

A modular line, unique of its kind, for vacuum packaging starting from a flexible film reel, consisting of:

a horizontal bag forming unit, a turntable for product filling, settling and closing, a carousel for vacuum or partial vacuum enhanced with nitrogen and an outlet unit for top flap treatment.

The line is particularly suitable for extremely dusty or granular products such as coffee, tea powder, yeast, rice. It’s modularity sets the standard in the market for its efficiency of production and great reliability in the production of perfectly sealed bags that last over time.

The final result is an aesthetically perfect pack under high vacuum even with the use of packaging materials particularly rigid or thick.
